phone explorer software

I've got a V3 Razr and for most purposes the mobile phone tools is
excellent.
However, I want to convert multiple phonebook entries, which resulted
from swapping sim from the previous phone (sE k700) to the v3.
I can't see any way of merging the items using the software, and don't
want to have to delete the surplus entries and manually edit the
remaining ones in the phone.
Is there something I am missing here or is there alternative software
which will allow me to do this?
