My wife and I both have Motorola V600s and use them with HS850
Bluetooth headsets (we had HS810s previously). When using Bluetooth
both phones will at times go into a "deaf and dumb" mode. The
Bluetooth indicator on the phones still shows as connected, no call
can be made, received, nor any incoming call rings heard. The
Bluetooth connection seems to still be active, but hung in some
incommunicado state. There is no indication that anything is wrong
and all incoming calls go to voicemail. :-( The only way to regain
use is to turn off the headset, reboot the phone, and then go through
the reconnect process. When the phones were new this happened on an
infrequent basis, but seems to be getting to be a daily occurrence at
least with my phone. Is there an easy fix?
If there is no fix, what GSM phones provide the best, most reliable
Bluetooth headset connection? I'm tired of missing calls.
