Mobile Phonetools - never works?
Posts: n/a A835 in the past, and have a V3 RAZR now and it won't work. I've tried three computers and it never detects the phone and sits on 'initializing'... I'm using USB. Posts: n/a Re: Mobile Phonetools - never works? If you ever plugged the phone in before installing the software it won'twork. You need to delete the phone and USB modem through device manager, install the s/w and then plug in the phone. There are other programs - more expensive and not as tightly integrated. Posts: n/a Re: Mobile Phonetools - never works? Just finished installing v3.11 and updating to 3.28. Works fine. Unplugthe usb cable from the computer and reconnect, it should detect the phone and finish setup.
