V555 Menus

How do I get to the hidden menus on this phone and what are "pin1 unblock
code" and "sim2 pin".? I locked myself out of it the other day and my
provider, Unicell, had no idea of what any of these codes mean. They ended
up replacing the SIM to get the phone operational again.

Any help would be appreciated. Just want to make sure the stupid lockout
thing does not happen again.
