motorola v3.4 software help/questions for v551

got the v3.4 software and am trying on my v551 motorola cell cant seem
to get to the rington menu seems its not in this v3.40 software. Can
someone tell me what to use to program ringtones to the phone and also
edit all other functions/

Are you using Motorola Mobile Phone Tools? If so, you need to get the most
recent version 4.04. Let me know if you need it
