v3 question

can any1 tell me why I cnt sync my fone with my laptop?
ive installed the cd that came with it, and when I plug in to usb, my pc
tells me that its found my v3, but wont do anything else
im running xp home
any help app

I don't know for sure, but I found the drivers to be the issue when mine did
the same thing. You might try installing the software again.
