Check here http://www.motomodders.net/ I don't know anything about it,
but that site has a forum specifically for your model. If you can't
find your answers here then I would look there for sure. I found
several hacks I could do with my phone there. I am sure someone will
also be able to help you with your problem as well.

You said stolen not me. I know people that work at thrift stores that get in
cell phones all the time.
The truth of the matter is is that I called Cingular and gave them the
serial number.
They said that the original owner had reported it lost and was reinbursted
a new phone.
They then told me to either return it to a Cingular store or throw it away.
I'm not going to throw it away so I wanted to unlocked it so that I can use
it.
So say what you want and call it what you will, I have the phone and I would
like to use it.

Dude, the phone is black-listed internationally. Cingular told u the
correct info: throw the phone away it's useless once it's reported
stolen.

You can use it on a provider that doesn't blacklist, like Rogers in Canada,
not sure about what US carriers don't bother with blacklisting. All you
would do is pop in a working SIM and off you go.
And why the hell would he throw it away? I'd still buy it off him, if only
for parts. Matter fact Whorrorfan, drop me a mail if you are interested in
selling.
