A925 in loop

My A925 was probably infected by virus Cabir so now it has RAM full and
not available for boot. It starts with "MOTOROLA 3G" screen but it can't
complete the boot and so it restarts for rebooting indefinetly....
The reset button had not success.
Can anyone help me to reboot my phone without losing data and contacts?
