Problems with USB-cable V3 and XP SP2

Hi,
It's now 3 days that I try to connect my V3 to my noteboot via usb-cable.
The Software Mobile Phone tools doesn't list the usb modem and says
"phone
not detected".
Can anybody help?

p.s.
On a win2000 PC in my office everything worked fine.

Did you plug in the phone before loading the software? If so, go to
www.bvrp.com and d/l and run the driver fix program.
