V3 1500mAh battery - first impressions

I got 2 from the German vendor ...one of the 2 1500mAh MaxxCell batteries is seemingly better than the other BUT both last around 2x or more than the OEM 700mAh ones I have. ...cannot account for that ?? Anyone else have any observations to report.
