Evidently my ears are very different, physically.
this $160 thing sucked on my right ear....no matter how adjusted it wanted
to fall off just tilting head.
Changed to left ear and forgot it was there... to expensive though.
Its perfect for form and fit on my left ear.

Now to get it married to my razr..I have been stupid, to date over $500. I
refuse to sigh a contract so its all prepaid. paid full price for all
hardware
to be continued.

Odd.

I don't know about your carrier, but mine charges a maximum of $200 for
early termination, and they gave me more then $200 off for signing a 3
year contract (combining the phone, free bluetooth headset, free first
month of service), so for me, it's a no brainer to sign a contract.

If I keep the phone+service then I come out ahead, if not then I'm no
worse off then if I'd bought the hardware outright.

For what its worth to you, I do not enter into contracts for anything if I
can avoid it !!!!

I prepay for my cell needs.....the cost per unit time is the same and I can
manage my own usage and switch carriers without any penality.
Even though I pay retail for hardware,I wont have financial obligations
beyond that....my credit rating wont get dinged if I break contract and have
to end up paying full price in the future for a product that is out of
warantee.

I go the other way around, I make sure I save more money up front then
it will cost me to get out later -- No risk, I have no fear of breaking
the contract down the road because even if I cancel it the day after
signing it, I still spend less then someone who buys their hardware
outright.

Each to their own, but I use it to build my credit rating (Which is
already R1 anyway, but every additional revolving item is one more thing
that shows I'm capable of paying my bills)
