If you dont want duplicates, either delete the numbers off of the sim o
the phone. Or save all numbers to the phone but save them into
different categorie other than "general'. By default all numbers save
on the sim are stored into this cat. So if you save the ones on you
phone into a different cat. then select to only view that cat, yo
won't have dups. Numbers stored on the sim won't give you a full se
of options and there is really no need to have your numbers on th
phone and the sim anyway. I know, it's a moto thing!

If all you new guys will read Lords guide, it will help you with all o
these basic questions....

phone to show only 1 type of entries (let it be sim entries or phon
entries). so there're 2 things u can do to work around this. either
1) delete all of the contacts from sim/phone (it's easier to delet
with MPT. just click and delete, instead of deleting them one by on
from the phone. one thing to note is that if the contacts are stored o
sim instead of phone, u will not be able to use picture id's for thos
contacts), or
2) put all sim's contacts under one category (personal, for example
and phone's contacts under another (general, for example), and tell th
phone to only display one of the categories.
