Motorola V171 batteries USA<>Europe
Posts: n/a I bought two batteries to my cell phone Motorola V171 (bought in Spain) from a USA store at Ebay and the electric contacts are physically incompatibles. Motorola V171 have diferent batteries in USA and Europe? The two batteries have the inscription "FOR MOT V300/600" and the electrical contacts are at the centre and not at one side like original battery in my cell phone. Have not ever known Motorola phones to use different battery form factors for the same model in different marketing regions. More likely this is the case of an eBay seller who is ignorant, careless, or both ... and simply does not know what he is selling. He probably thinks all Vxxx phones use the same batteries, and writes his ads accordingly.
