Is it just me or is the Motorola v220 a piece of junk. I would love
to find a way to upgrade to a different phone. Anyone else having a
bad experience with these? Thanks

Just acquired two of the phones in question yesterday so haven't had a
chance to evaluate them. What kind of problems are you having?

No problems at all over the past three months. I would say that its the best
phone I have ever had, much better than the Nokia it replaced.

The only problem I have is the volume. I have a hard time hearing the
ringer or the call if I am in the car even when the thing is turned on max.
My wife and neice both have the same phone and theirs work fine.
