MPT & V276

transfer my cell phone #s. All I had to do was lie to MPT and tell it
that the phone was a V265.
This week I have another V276 phone (snip long unimportant story) and
MPT cannot see this phone. What's going on? Could there have been a
difference in firmware versions from one phone to another? I got both
of these phones from the Verizon store.
