It appears that these two cell phones use virtually the same
accessories between the two.

headset SYN8419B 98323/AAYN4264
battery SNN5683 SNN5704 98317/SNN5705 98318/SYN9073
USB data cable 98571/SKN6311
travel charger SPN5037

Mobile Phonetools version 3.0 software < I guess download it
somewhere, but where? >

If I'm not mistaken, the V551 battery is either the older SNN5075 (not
5705 as you list above) or the newer SNN5683. As both are thinner than the
V60 battery they will efinitely work in the older phone anyway.

MPT is someething you buy, it's not a free download.
