C336 and Mobile Phone Tools

Hello.
I use this software to retrieve sms' messages and to clean my sim's
memory but I only see received sms not sent.
Why?
Maybe the version of software (1.0) is old?
Or maybe the phone (via USB) is not good with this software?

Please help me. My memory is full!!!
