problem G20

We use only rx/tx and gnd wire.
I have tried AT cmd (AT&K0) for forced it to none harware flow control, we
connected RTS /CTS, DTR/DSR/DCD although I think it should work without it.
After few hours of work when cell is answering the processor , cell stops
answering to the processor. Cellphone seams to be ok because we have the
info on the processor about incoming connection e.x.

sending a command from a processor doesn't work because cell is not
answering nor reacting
We've tested different phones and after different period of time this
problem appears. Does anybody knows what happenned or have the same
problem????
