check your s/w version (*#9999#) DOES NOT WORK on my V551.

That feature is not always enabled in every flex. If its not enabled for
your phone, you can enable it yourself through seem editing.
Seem 0032_0001 offset 37 -bit 1: *#9999# from home screen shows "Other
Information" menu (1 on, 0 off)
