GPS on Motorola A925???

I am trying to connect my mobile to the GPS system through the internal GPS.
But cannot get any connection/possition at all. I turn on the GPS but
nothing happends. Do I need some extra equipment?

Could anybody help?

You need nhgps software free for trial 21 days.
