V3 $149.99 free shipping, $150 mail in rebate (free end cost), and $18 activation fee as compared to Cingular $219.99 (no data package) or Best Buy $149.99 and $36 activation fee. Contract length? Theterms are clearly spelled out when you click "special offer" and answer all your questions. Basically, there's a one year contract, for any plan that costs at least $39.99 and you have to stay on it for at least 180 days. If you cancel before the end of a year you pay an early termination fee (usually $200).
