Need to send my v3 back under warranty, got the phone from singlepoint which
is now obviously voda... do I send it back to motorola or voda? ideas and
contact points would be appreciated!

It is Motorola's warranty they are ultimately responsible for it.
Frequently the service provider may expedite the process or even exchange
it.
