V3 Razr

I have a question---- I am purchased a Motorola V3 Razr that was orginally
set up for Cingular. I had it unlocked and am now using it on T-Mobile. Is
there anyway to get rid of the Cingular startup/shutdown logo and the
Hellomoto logo when I turn the phone on or off? If it requires any hacking I
am not good at that. I do have the Mobile Phone Tool and cable for the
phone. All I want is for the phone to turn on and go directly to the screen
and shut off. TIA-jery
