Problem with V3

My V3 razr just went wrong on me yesterday.

Everything seems to work fine except that the phone seems to think tha
I have a headset attached as I can't hear any caller - they can hear m
though!

Also the key tones can only be heard with a headset plugged in

Have I accidently set it up wrong?

Have tried everything I can think of to get it back to norma
operation....please hel

Try removing the battery for a minute.
