Bluetooth power & RAZR

Just got the Motorola HS850 Bluetooth headset - really nice! But I
won't use it often, it's just for use in the car as necessary.
Therefore I don't want to leave the Bluetooth radio powered up in the
phone all the time. The number of menus and keypresses to go thru to
turn on/off BT power is a nightmare. Is there some simpler way to turn
it on quickly? Or does the phone even exhaust the battery much faster
when left on all the time?

If it's not actually connected to a device it doesn't really matter. I
made the right softkey my Bluetooth key to reduce keystrokes. You can
retask keys or create a shortcut - it's all in the manual.

Retask your keys or you can voice command a macro in for it.
