V3 - memo volume

shout while recording, the playback is virtually silent unless I hold
the phone to my ear and even then it's very quiet. There's nothing in
the manual or Moto faq about increasing the volume for voice recordings
- and, as far as I can tell, no way to put the V3 into loudpeaker mode
for voice playback. Does anyone know if it can be done? It would also
help me to review what voice names I have recorded into my phonebook.
