echo problem

if anyine can help me - i would be very grateful

i have a motorola v600. i have autocom connected on my motorbike with
headset in helmet.

all callers complain of their own echo. i hear perfectly well.

what could be the cause?

i had previouly used a panasonic phone with no problems
