Is there any way to delete the wallpapers in this phone? I looked at
them and really don't care for any of them.

Not on the phone there isn't. You can do it with a program called Bitpim and
a USB cable.

I tried that and it does not recognize my v710 at all. I tried all
the com settings and also have the correct drivers. Any ideas what I
doing wrong. I have a verizon cdma.

What you need to do is to go to this site and register. It doesn't cost
anything. They have a special thread on how to do what you want and a whole
lot more. you need to go there and read, read, read.
Then if you have any questions anyone will be happy to answer your
questions.
