I am looking for USB drivers for cell phones Motorola V220 & V265 to
upload the photos to my computer

Buy a copy of Moto Mobile Phone Tools. If this is a Verizon-branded
phone you will need to do a seem edit to enable MPT for rings and pix.
See www.cellphonehacks.com for instructions on editing the seem (Verizon
forum).
