Telus Programming Lock Codes

I recently bought an older StarTac 7868W that was originally with Telus. I
now want to use it with Bell Mobility but require the Programming Lock Code
(SPC). Telus will not provide it as they want me to sign up with them, but
I want to continue to use my Bell Mobility Account.
Can anyone help with this?
