Ambiant Light Sensor

Posted: 03-30-2005, 01:14 PM
I recently purchased a Motorola V265. In low light circumstances the
keyboard lights up. At other times, with more available ambient light,
the keyboard does not light. Does anyone know where the light sensor
is on this unit? I would like to cover it with a piece of tape so the
keyboard lights up every time I use it.

The ambient light sensor appears to be in the bumper just to the left of
the * key.
