Different Chargers

There seem to exist different chargers which look the same (lie this:
http://www.4epw.net/media/spn4716.jpg ), but the do not work with my
phone A760.

Mine has got 4.4V output, others have 5.9V output - and the same plug.
So the charger for my HS850 headset does not charge my mobile phone.

How many voltages do exist? What is the layout of the pins of the plug?
