Problem with PhoneTools 3.23

I've just taken delivery of my new Motorola V635...which I'm very happy
with.
The calendar part of the PhoneTools however, is causing me grief!
Whenever I attempt to create an 'event', said event simply disappears when I
click on OK.
Won't let me synchronize between phone and calendar either. All the other
PhoneTools work ok.
Does anyone know what's going on? How can I fix this? It's driving me
batty!!
