Rogers V551

I have a V551 Rogers phone, unlocked by getting its subsidy code. Use my
Fido Sim card works fine. One problem, I cant find the menu to change the
web browser & message settings to Fido. Fido did give me its settings, but
they dont have the options for the V551. Plus, i cannot send and recieve
picture messages (MMS) .
I have a USB cable, and did some reading, about some flash/flex programs,
but most programs i find is related to the US Cingular carrier.
Any help , steps, or web sites ?????
