RAZR V3 - speak caller name through bt headset?

With the RAZR V3, is it possible to have the phone speak the caller's
name through the bluetooth headset rather then just a ring? At least
for callers where a voice dial name has been recorded.

It's kinda risky blindly answering all calls from the headset...
