bluetoth & motorola v80 with Phonetools 3.11

I havea litlle problem.
This is first time i use Motorola and bluetoth for connection - Motorola
with PC.
I have HP with installed bluetoth connection. I can easily copy files from
Motorola to PC and reverse.
But whan i installed Motorola Phonetools something goes wrong.
My default bluetoth connect gives me a message "failed to initialized" and
whan i start Phonetools i have same message from Phonetools and another one
"modem in use".
What i have to do to connect PC and Motorola over Phonetools?
I see that my build in bluetoth connection dont wont to work with other apps
on my PC.
I have some realy, realy amateur CD from Motorola with 4 steps how to
install but it is not enough..
Maybe some instruction?
