V500 MMS Question

Hi, I'm new to this, so bear with me

I've got an unlocked Orange PAYG
in which I've placed my T Mobile Sim. I can't send any
messages-presmably because I need to change the service provider? Can
someone explain how I can do this or provide a link with the necessary
info. Thanks.
