Even if the phone is locked, and I am assuming that you are referring to the
UNLOCK code for security becuase you werent specific, you can enter the
phone by going into the testmode. [Fcn] 0 0 * * TESTMODE [Sto] Then use the
* Key to toggle through the parameters. The Parameter # will be shown as
01,02,03 etc. When you get to 08 that is the LOCK CODE, hit * again and it
vwill display the 3 digit lock code. If you need more fetail, just do a
GOOGLE search on programming motorola star tac, its all over
