help with v265

I have a v265 with verizon and it is set on 'open to answer' howeve
when i open my phone, it disconnects. Needless to say, this is causin
a lot of problems and not making me happy. Any help would be b
appreciated. Both the motorola people and the verizon people wer
useless. Thank yo

Take it to a Verizon company store and ask that it be fixed or replaced.
