Dial Prefix for V180

I have a V180 that I am trying to use as a modem on my Dell Latitud
laptop, using AT&T Global Network Client. The laptop connects to th
phone with no problem, and the phone shows as a Motorola USB modem i
the software's modem list. When I try to connect, the phone display
Calling... (the phone number), and a phone icon, but does not actuall
activate the dialing sequence. Is there a code that can be entered i
the GNC set up in the Dial Prefix to activate the phone before th
dialing begins
