Any Motorola Employees here? Can anyone tell me what Motorola's records retention policies are?

I'm sorry for the offtopic post, but does anyone have Motorola's
record retention policies in writing? Apparently they're on Motorola's
internal web site, (records.mot.com) but I don't have access. If
there's something available on a public website, I'd appreciate it if
someone could steer me in the right direction.
