T720 & mPT

Having the strangest probelem. Hoping someone could point me to a FAQ
or help me. Trying to sync outlook contacts with T720 (Alltell) using
mPT 3.19. Says cannot read contacts. Hangs on 2 bars on progress
meter. Strange thing is will do calendar with no problem!
