"Panic" is an operating system kernal fault; i.e., a crash. Have you
installed anything lately? If so, remove it. Better yet, do a factory
reset, see if that helps. You might also clean the battery terminals
with isopropyl alcohol to eliminate a momentary make/break in the power
circuit that might be causing the phone to crash.
