V500 on Orange

Ive noticed now that on my V500, whilst plugged into my Car charger, it wont
let me make a call or send a text.

When trying to ring, it comes back with Call Failed, and txt, it just states
cant deliver.

If I unplug the charger then redial it connects. I can then plug the charger
back in and its ok.

Is this a known issue on this phone ?

Ive no idea what the firmware version is

V600 does the same! Pain in the proverbial!
