v60 - three questions

Posted: 01-30-2005, 05:00 AM
1. how do i find out the letter model of my v60? i no longer have
documentation, although i do have the user manual.

2. how do i disassemble the phone? i broke the antenna off (acidentally!)
and now need to replace the part of the phone that had the collar that the
antenna connected through. the antenna is a little stub type, doesn't screw
in, and doesn't pull out or retract, just spins in place. it seems to be
fine but i don't think that glue will be strong enough to let the pin
connect to the inside. i have found lots of web sites that will sell the
antenna cheap but it's the top collar part that needs replacing.

3. anyone know the factory codes for this phone? i'm not concerned about
unlocking for a different carrier, just want to know the resetting type
codes and stuff like #147# (just read that somewhere, don't know if it works

i have searched diligently for a few hours but can't seem to find answers.

thanks for any info!!

1. remove the battery and look at the back sticker
2. get yourself a torx screwdriver
