V551 and HS820 Hang Up Problem

The problem I am running in to is occasionally during a call it will
hang up. I get the same three tones (High to low) as if I had pushed
the button on the headset. I am well within range and both batteries
are fully charged. I also have full signal on the phone.
We are having this problem on two sederate phones and headsets. Both
are the same setup.
Any idea what is causing this?
