V551 using usb to laptop with xp gives error 619

Can any one help me with a connection problem im having. I have
motorola v551 with full service trying to connect to cingular via us
using the phone as a modem. I have the media works 19.99 full wa
access plan. I am using the *99 and have the correct user name an
password as far as i can tell. When i connect it goes through all th
steps of verify password and after that right when it is about to lo
onto the network I recieve error #619 from win xp. Any help would b
greatly appreciated as I have spent many hours trouble shooting

As like the other two people asking for help for the same thing
I also have a motorola v551 with full service trying to connect to m
laptop via usb using the phone as a modem. I have the media work
