....probably part of my brain!
When I look at images by clicking on them , I get a small picture (about half screen total
area) with a big navigation bar taking up about the bottom third of the screen. With a
640X480 pixel picture eg as taken by the phone (aspect ratio 1.33) that's as expected (but
is there no zoom?)
When I down load a 176x220 (0.8 aspect ratio) picture, this fills the screensaver view,
edge to edge, and looks pretty good. Just like all the adverts show of happy smiling
people waving their V550 flip phones, displaying exotic full-screen pictures.
But if I click on the same 176x220 and see it in the "viewer" it has to sit on top of that
huge navigation bar and is thus shrunk to about two thirds of the screensaver (full
screen) size and that makes a HUGE difference. Are all the happy smiling people comparing
screensavers?
Is it really the case that the only way I can see a decent size view of a picture matching
the 176x220 "as advertised" screen is to view it as a screen saver?
Please tell me that it's me that's crazy and not Mr. Motorola - and gently explain what I
am doing wrong.
(There is a menu item called "Album" which does not seem to do anything...?)
Thanks for reading this far!
