v180/MobilEditProblems

I'm having trouble interfacing my v180 with MobilEdit...which now claims to
support the v180.

The "Files" folder will NOT show up under the phone and there is no way to
transfer ringtones and wallpapers. The tech at MobilEdit seems to feel that
it's a firmware issue.

What to do?????

aslo a good tech support team
