synch phone and outlook

Tools 3.11h" following happens:
full day events are stored as 00:00 due to 23:59 events at my phone.
When i create a full day event on my phone using the "full day" function it
is sotred as such. When I synch it afterwards with outlook it is stored as
00:-23:59 event at outlook.
It is quite annoying ... Any ideas??
Is it possible to use Palm OS Calendar instead of Outlook??
